Sectors of activity and policy areas
AVSI has decided to adopt a multidimensional thematic classification of its interventions in order to be able to represent its work around the world in a more comprehensive way. A main sector is identified for each project, but it is always possible to couple each project with other linked sectors and their sub-sectors. Some cross-cutting policy areas, related to current policies of greatest relevance, have also been identified. Other aspects that have also been considered are approaches and implementation mechanisms. In the Social Report, data illustrate the breakdown of projects according to their main sectors of activity and policy areas.
