The commitment to education. In greater Buenos Aires, AVSI supports the Obra di Padre Mario Pantaleo that carries out educational activities, vocational training, job placement and distance support for the poorest sections of the population.

Agricultural food production. With ACDI in Santa Fe, Chaco, Corrientes, Entre Ríos, Formosa, Tucumán, Santiago del Estero and Salta, we implement projects to consolidate the food chain whilst respecting and valuing forests and the environment.

Partners. AVSI has cooperated with many partners including the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina by starting a master's degree in agricultural food production, and the Catholic University of Santa Fe by starting CIOMTA [Territorial and Environmental Investigation, Observation and Monitoring Center].

In recent years, in collaboration with our partner, ACDI, attention has been given to environmental themes, prevention of deforestation in the Gran Chaco region and to the defense of the indigenous populations by proposing reforestation and sustainable agricultural development projects.
