A bridge to connect communities in the Agago District
A photographic reportage shows how Northern Uganda has changed with AVSI. In this episode, with Franco, Daniel, Bosco, Daniel, Janet, Rose, Margaret and Night, we cross a bridge built by AVSI to bring communities together.
The community road built by AVSI in the Agago District has allowed the villages in the area to access town centers, schools, markets and hospitals. Otherwise, these villages wouldn't be connected to one another during the the rainy season.
Distances have been reduced: the district communities can now cross the newly-constructed bridge to farm their land, access different services and meet their friends and family members on the other side.
