WHAT WE DO
Socio-economic integration and psychosocial support pathways for Ukrainian refugees in Italy and Poland, inspired by the European one-stop-shop model, through community hubs offering integrated services: job support, career coaching, mental health services, and training programmes.
FOR WHOM AND WHERE
Ukrainian refugees, with particular attention to women and individuals with varying degrees of vulnerability, in Italy and Poland.
OBJECTIVES
The project aims to:
1. Develop an integrated and replicable model for supporting the socio-economic inclusion and psychosocial well-being of Ukrainian refugees;
2. Strengthen local care systems through personalised pathways of guidance, training, and psychological support;
3. Promote collaboration among public, private, and third-sector actors to facilitate access to employment and services;
4. Provide information spaces and territorial hubs following the European Union one-stop-shop model;
5. Promote the dissemination of good practices at European level through transnational learning and dissemination activities.
The project is co-funded by the European Social Fund Agency (ESFA) under the Social Innovation Initiative. Funded by the European Union.
