The staff operating in our four offices in Jordan met together on September 27 to celebrate AVSI's 50th anniversary. The chosen location was Livinc, in the As-Salt area, a Creative Community Incubator in the middle of nature.
A joint staff meeting was arranged in order to share experiences among colleagues about the activities that AVSI carries out in the country and the positive experience of being part of this big family.
Later on, the staff attended together the online event on the occasion of AVSI's birthday, which allowed them to get to know more about the Foundation's origin, values and people.
The whole day was punctuated by team building activities, games and lunch together, in order to strengthen the relationships and to familiarize with colleagues, to build stronger teams and to share the real experience of AVSI as one.
