We are looking for someone with experience in communications sector, nonprofit area, migration and African contexts—someone who can develop effective communications strategies, tools and content, is highly adaptable, and possesses excellent management and coordination skills.
Total gross amount salary: 23.625 EUR from May 1, 2026, to February 28, 2029, with payments made upon delivery of the various deliverables

Main tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for a person who can design and oversee the communication strategy throughout the three years of project development “INNOVE : Initiatives communautaires iNtégrées pour une commuNication efficace cOntre la migration irrégulière en faveur des populations VulnérablEs”founded by UE.
Specifically, the consultant will be required to:
- manage the project’s visibility, relationships with local and international partners, and communication with the donor;
- coordinate meetings and workshops among implementing partners and project stakeholders in French, both in person and online, to develop communication strategies and identify key messages, target audiences, and channels;
- design and write communication strategy manuals in French and English based on the outcomes of the workshops;
- engage and coordinate project partners and/or external consultants in the production of content such as podcasts, videos, etc.;
- prepare and manage events related to the project in Ivory >Coast and Morocco;
- available to travel.

Essential Requirements

Education: Master's degree in humanities or communication
Work experience: Previous experience in communications within a non-profit organization and/or in journalism is required.
