AVSI Foundation in partnership with Cooperation and Development agency (C&D) is implementing a five-year (2023 – Nov 2027) Vocational Education and Skilling Program (VESP) in Karamoja subregion, Uganda, with funding from the Embassy of Ireland. The program intends to provide booster/start up kit to youth aimed at facilitating them transition from technical training to self-employment. AVSI Foundation invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of assorted booster kits for youths.
