Energy is widely considered to be one of the key issues for development and the goals of the European Commission by 2030 are universal access to energy, doubling energy efficiency and doubling energy from renewable resources. Enel is already implementing initiatives for energy access, capacity building, economic and environmental development. In the coming years there will be a huge investment in this sector, including partnerships among institutions, businesses and not-for-profit organizations. AVSI and Enel have already worked in partnership exploring the possibilities of new projects to be implemented together.
