SAD is an agreement covering a General Program for Distance Support, entered between the Commission of International Adoptions and the Licensed Bodies.
Sad is a tool available to individuals and legal subjects who intend to express in a concrete manner their solidarity towards neglected and suffering children worldwide.
The agreement includes 29 plans of activity as follows: 4 in Africa, 9 in Asia, 6 in Central and South America, 10 in Eastern Europe.
