AVSI is licensed by the Italian Commission for International Adoptions to implement international adoptions procedures on the whole Italian territory and in the following foreign countries: Albania, Lithuania, Romania, Russia, Brazil (States of Sao Paulo, Minais Gerais and Espirito Santo), Chile, Kazakhstan, and Mexico.
AVSI proposes information meetings to groups of couples not yet qualified or waiting qualification to adoption. Attendance is free and the couple interested shall only give notice in this sense to the Adoption Secretariat of the organizing office. Purpose of the group information meetings is to provide information about AVSI, its operative approach, the various steps of adoption, the foreign countries involved, timing, costs, etc.
AVSI proposes a personal meeting with an expert to the couples who have already received from the Minors’ Court formal qualification to adoption.
The personal meeting is free and may be obtained by contacting one of the main offices.
